Introduction Although not the most prevalent clinical presentation, obsessive compulsive (OC) symptoms have been reported after TBI. Post-TBI OC disorder (OCD) cases are rare, so that in this setting frequently described as personality disorders (OCPD). Generally, features of post-TBI OCD thought to be similar those observed idiopathic OCD, assuming probable involvement structures such orbitofrontal cortex, basal ganglia, limbic and thalamic systems its pathophysiology, although no anatomical location clearly associated with being recognized. Objectives Brief systematic review case report. Methods Bibliographic research using Pubmed. Clinical interviews file consultation, patient informed consent.
